IE showing, Page can't be displayed

Hi,
My IE is not able to get connection, but computer is connected with wifi.
When I remove all tick mark from Connection option it is working. Buy unfortunately when I restart my computer again showing same problem. Every time i have to do same thing forgetting connection. I reset my IE but prob is not solving.

Please help me....

I would recommend clearing temp internet files from Internet Options > General tab.

then reset internet explorer options from IE Options > Advanced

I Delete all temporary file from General tab, than Reset my IE from Advanced tab option, but still showing same problem. Every time on restart, i have to remove Tick mark from LAN setting.
So, any solution ?
