Toshiba satellite C660D. It needs to restored to factory setting

I have a toshiba satellite C660D. It needs to restored to factory settings as it's so slow. I have backed it up, but I don't have a restoration disk! I've tried to use the 'holding down the o as I turn it on' but it doesn't work! How do I do it another way! I am a complete novice at this!
