If you have another admin account, please follow steps:
Step 1. Log on as an administrator. In the Welcome to Windows dialog box, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, and then type the name of the administrator user account and go to "User Account"
Step 2 Reset the password.
If you have a password reset disk, follows:
Step 1: Insert your disk to computer
Step 2: Reboot your computer from USB
Step 3: Reset password
