Internet/network help sumsung mobile internet

my pc was connected to sumsung mobile internet and worked for sometimes, but now it does not either show notification icon or access internet from the phone.
what would be the possible solution?
i'm looking forward to your help towards this problem

Typically, data is throttled after usage. You may not have any data left for the month. Try again the first of next month.
