While trying to restore a PS85 Toshiba satellite to factory settings bu pressing 0 I get a screen that says : an error occurred: F3- F100- 0004
Please press OK to shut down
Does anybody have any ideas. Regards Bill

Solved. The laptop had a restore partition.But no restore DVD.
What I did was booted to Win7 ultimate disk and installed it. When finished installation, then restarted with 0. and Hi Presto the restore partition was repaired before I got your reply. Thank you with kind regards Bill Kugel
