About the motherboard I connect all the peripheral device to the motherboard like memory, processor, chip set, monitor, mouse, keyboard and power supply but when I put on the power, the fan is working but there's no sound to indicate the complete operation of the boot up process is not indicated and also no display on the monitor. So with that what is problem or is there some part that I miss out please notify me.

OK, well, start with a blank board, and start putting in hardware one by one, and see if you get diferent indications. Are you working with a known good MB?
