hi,
this may be a power supply problem.
make sure that you have plugged all the power cables in the motherboard.
check if all the cables are correctly positioned.
clear your CMOS settings.
for this, locate the CMOS battery (flat dry cell) and the jumper.
remember to always unplug your computer from the mains.
remove the battery and short the jumper for about five seconds. then replace the battery, the jumper ane boot your computer again.
