Hi and thanks for reading this post,

Just to put things in the context, I had some freeze on my computer since few days. The hard drive was at 100% using rate. I updated all pilots but it did not fix the problem.

Like I said in the title, my computer is experimenting a boot loop. I do not even see the Windows logo.
I obtain a blue screen with this error: 0xc000021a
Then the computer go on auto repair for 2 seconds, then an other blue screen with this error: 0xc0000185: a hardware is not connected or unavailable. I have 10 options like going to the bios, safe boot. I have tried every option, nothing works.
The computer also asked me for a factory reboot but did not succeed.

It is a Windows 8 OEM so I do not have the CD. I have a Windows 7 CD, I tried to boot with it but the screen was stuck to the "Starting windows" screen without the logo.
I have also tried to but on Ubuntu with a usb key, but I did not succeed.

I searched on the Internet and it seems that I have pilots troubles for my hard drive and maybe my video card. I do not understand why, I have installed WHQL certified pilots.

So for now, my recent computer, an Asus N750J is unusable. I am ready to lose my data on it if this is needed to recover my computer and I do not mind to get back to windows 7.

Thanks for the help
