So it happened near the start of 2014 this year I need help, I don't know if the battery is damaged I've used the method; holding the on/off button for 30 secs without having the charger in & it still won't start up. It happened when I was using it whilst on some programs & suddenly it just turned off for no reason if you could help me please do.
I have a feeling I have to repair the charger input.

I strongly suggest that you have a technician check the power supply.
