i need to find out how to factory restore my gateway NE56R41U laptop. everytime I cut it on after it shows the gateway symbol it goes straight to "enter current password" but I havent used the laptop in awhile and forgot the password. everytime I hit the alt f10 or f11 or f8, it still hasnt worked. I even tried the volume up button and still takes me to the password part. please tell me you know what I can do?
