Hello,
I've got problem with Toshiba Satellite Laptop, it has Win7 and when start laptop take me to the point where windows was unexpectedly shut down and I've got options Repair and Start Windows Normally. When I go repair I got black Screen and all I can see is arrow and black screen, when go start win normally it just restarts. I did try F8 and Safe mode same thing just restart windows, also every other option when I go F8 is the same Windows just restart.
Is it some virus or is it something else?
Thank you in advance if someone helps.

Hello
I suggest you try to restore to factory settings, if that fails, you have a faulty hard disk that only a technician can handle.
Good luck
