Computer wont start

I have an older Toshiba computer. It is about 3-4 years old. every time I start it,the Toshiba pops upon the screen with the press f2 or f12. Then a blue box comes up and says enter current password.I try doing that three times and it shuts off. It wont take my password,f12 nor f2 works. I've tried everything. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another Toshiba problem!

I suggest you try restoring to factory, out of the box, settings.

Unfortunately you will lose all of your data.
