My laptop's desktop icon and taskbar is missing

Hello,
My Toshiba Satellite L7755 - S7105 laptop's desktop icon and taskbar is missing. I have tried everything
that was said in the previous suggestions and they don't work. The desktop is basically
black and I can't click the screen and I have also tried the CTRL+ ALT+DEL thing and
the task manager and they don't seem to work. CAN SOMEONE HELP MY PLEASE!!

I have tried the ctrl+ alt+ delete thing then I pressed "start task manager'' , then at the top right corner I click "file'' then I click " run new task'' and then I type in explorer.exe.
That's what I did and it did not work.
