My acer laptop turns on but with blank green screen

hi I have a problem with my acer laptop I turn it on but its blank screen. So I tried unplug the charger and take the battery and press the turn on button for 30 secs to 2 mins but still not working but this time the screen turns into green blank screen. What should I do to fix it?

Hello,
Have you tried hooking up an external monitor. If you can and it works you could possibly have an issue with your LCD panel.

Hey just uhm Alt+ctrl+delete then go to the setting thing on the bottom right corner then press it. It will shut down and sleep and restart. Press restart. It worked for me :)
