Dear friends,
My laptop is not starting, it us unable to boot up. when I press power button then it just make beep sound 8 times. please suggest me what may be the possible causes fro that and how to troubleshoot the problem.

Hi

Are those beeps short or short and long? Are there pauses? How many of each?

beeps are short, 8 beeps comes then little bit gap and then again 8 beeps, like this repeating number of times. Please suggest me what to do ????

hi,
i am unable to open the laptop as it is not booting up thereby this solution is not applicable for me.

As I said, it appears to be an LCD issue. LCD must be replaced.
