hello i am using toshiba satellite c660 my laptop is getting hot and it is automatically shutting down so please say me what i should do to prevent this problem?

Well, be certain not to keep it ontop of pillows or blankets, always place the laptop on a flat solid surface. You can get a cooling pad to place underneith it (device with four fans blowing up into the laptop), that should help.
