Gateway laptop MS2285 won't turn on

Hello,

I have gateway MS2285 and a day ago I turned it off and it wouldn't turn back on all the lights work but the screen is black. I waited a day and tried again it worked. I went on it for a while and then I turned it off. Now it won't come on again. Help?

Hi

Let's try to elminate the "flea" power, over accumulated power.

Try this:

1. Remove the battery and cable;

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Plug the cable and start

Didn't work it behaved like it usually does when I try to turn it on
