It is gone forever! Your first load of file lock had a program ID that is established with the installation of the software. Now that you have uninstalled it, that ID has gone away also. Now when you re-install, the installer establishes another PROGRAM ID, that will not ever match the original.
Sorry but that is what happens. There is nothing you can do. I hope you made back ups of the files before locking away with a trial software.
