I would first unplug the router (for 30 seconds or more). I will reinitialize when you restore power and the problem may be corrected. Routers, since they are left on 24 hours a day, seem to only work for only 4 or 5 years before they fail.
It's unclear at this point if you have a router or a tablet problem. Do you have any other WIFI devices and do they work correctly?

OK, if it is authentication, then the username OR password is incorrect. IS it your router, or your neighbors? Make certain you are using Capitals when they are used. The password is CASE Sensitive. That is the simplest thing to go wrong.
