Computer comes on can hear it but it says no signal

was on my desktop and it just shut down,I rebooted hit start windows normally and had to step away from the computer when I came back the
monitor was black so I turned the tower off and then turned it back on and all I get is the no signal.Ive checked the monitor plugs all are plugged in correctly.Any help is appreciated

Try unplugging the PC. Wait 60 seconds before you plug it back in and then try to start it again.

nope sorry didnt work I cleaned it too but nothing the cpu sounds like everything is going when I turn it on
