Hello,for the last 5 hours it has only been on the black screen at the bottom it says repairing disk errors; this might take an hour to complete and it has the window picture in the middle of the screen what can I do

We can only hope it completes the disk repair.

Even if the disk repair successfully ends I suggest that you replace the drive with a new one.
