Use a different browser, also windows explorer has a function to turn on and off your sound.
If that did not work reinstall your sound drivers.
Please let us know what browser your using.

Ok i am using Google Chrome. but i have no idea how to do anything that you have up there i have looked to find another browser download but i cant find any that are free. i used to use explorer but it got deleted from my computer a year and a half ago.
