Hello,

I am facing black screen problem with my laptop,when I start it,no logo appears and I also follow earlier shown step in forum like press f8 and then restore my system in safe mode.,but when I again start its only shows black screen and not responding.only blue light is blinking on the uppercase light.and no display is there. Please help me to diagnose problem and provide me solution.??

Hi

Try this:

1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
