Hello Guys !
I have a series problem here ; i bought a used i pad air and the main owner couldn't remember I cloud password . Moreover , he gave me his Yahoo e-mail address and password assuming that he used it to create I cloud account as i can restore the password using this e-mail.
the issue is : i can not access his yahoo inbox , I'm asked about verification questions and i dpnot know them either ?
any help ??

thank you , but i have to enter the previous account password in order to be able to sign in a new one

My honest opinion is that you were had by a scoundrel who probably never own the pad in the first place.
