how to share printer and documents Closed

Hello,
I have two computers connected to a network at my office. I am trying to share the office printer and docoments  between these two computers but I don't know how to go about it.

and for printer sharing do as he said

"go to the printer that you want to share, and right-click on it.
Go to Sharing.
Select share this printer.
Choose a simple share name.
Go on the other computer,
start > Run and type
\\<computer name that has the printer>\<shared printer name> and hit enter.
then it should install the printer.
