Can you confirm that drivers are installed when first connect the drive to PC? Check in Device Manager. If you see the drive, uninstall drivers, restart PC, plug device again and wait to reinstall drivers. Check in Disk Management. If the drive is listed there, it may require initialization.
It is a bit strange that the drive is not visible on any PC. Try what I suggested. If you still have no success, think about getting a replacement.
