Hi Hanuman,
Could you tell me your device's model number. Please go to Disk Management and check the drive's file format. Is it RAW? Can you perform some actions when you click the drive with the right mouse button? I recommend you to go to Device Manager and check if your device is available there. If it is, uninstall it, reboot PC and plug the device back in. The OS should reinstall drivers. If there is no change, check the device with another USB cable and on another PC.
