Congratulations on your first Machine!

We need a little more than what you gave us. Laptop or Desktop?

Also, you may need a little help in how to isolate troubles. The first thing is: Take all external cards off the MB, and try to boot. See what INDICATION you have. Add in a board and see what changes.

You must have either a manual of what the BIOS beep codes are, or another machine to guide you in your next step. Get it?

Have FUN!

OK, so do you have ram in both slots. Your motherboard may require all ram to be inserted. Is there ram in each slot?

OK, so look at your Motherboard requirements, and verify if both slots need something in them. If they do, then you need another RAM Stick!

OK, according to the installation manual, it states:

"To ensure system stability, memory modules must be of the same type and
density in Dual-Channel mode."

That statement make me think that BOTH slots need to be occupied by the same type of memory.

Also note:
"Due to the hardware limitation, you should follow the installing procedures: first
memory modules, then graphics card. While uninstalling, remove graphics card
first if necessary."

I hope this helps!
