Saving bookmarks

To save my bookmarks, Chrome informs me that:

To backup your Google Chrome bookmarks, follow the below procedure:
Open Google Chrome and click on the "Customise and Control Google Chrome".
Go to Bookmarks > Bookmarks manager (or press CTRL + Shift + O)
Click on the Organize button > Export bookmarks form HTML file.

Except there is no "Customise and Control Google Chrome" button and when I access Bookmarks manager from the menu (last icon in the upper left corner), there is no Export bookmarks button.

What to do?

you have a star button on the end of the address bar click that and give done to save your bookmark..
