Hello,

I actually already tried your solutions regarding this matter but whenever I start my laptop, seems like my laptop dont have that BIOS SETUP screen..seems like my laptop only on like that.. how to solve this problems? Tq

ok, hang in there. So what make and model, and when did it start doing this?

Your laptop/PC has to have bios. What makes you think it is BIOS?

Thank you for replying..mine is Asus eepc vx6 model...its started when I connected my phone to the laptop. Ive done the BIOS setup that u said bfore this but I cant find the boot that u are reffering to. Owh ya..my laptop got BIOS actually..so sorry.. I tried to personalize the displays of my laptop, I mean my theme but seems like only the background picture appeared. All the desktop icons and the taskbars also didnt appear at all..tq.

OK< so can you boot into safe mode? If you can, after it boots to dekstop, run from CMD prompt EXPLORER. Let us know what happens.

If I used the safe mode, the screen displays all the icons. But when I used the normal window 7, only the black screen with moving cursor on the screen.
