When I turn on my laptop its normal but the login screen isn't there isn't the login spot where I type my password the only thing there is is a narrator and shut down icon there at the bottom left and right there is color no black screen or anything its just when I shutdown or restart there isn't the login spot to type your password Do I need to let the power off and turn it on again

Hi Memo1524,

Will it start up in safe mode? If you can, then try a virus check and from a command prompt try typing

sfc /scannow

Notice the space between "sfc" and "/scannow" - it is required.

You dont mention your version of Windows. Let us know and we may be able to help a bit more.
