I am using Lenovo Thinkpad X240. It works normally but unfortunately, it does not turn on. I do not see any physical damage in the system. Even when I push the power button, I see no light on the keyboard.

I have checked my adapter and battery in other Lenovo system. It is all OK.

Can anyone help?

Hi Support,

Am still strangling the issue of Lenova laptop I did all below instructions and nothing yet improved kindly help?
Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Remove the RAM from the slot

--> Hold the power button for 60 seconds --> Place the RAM back into the slot

--> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later put the

battery back into the laptop.

This didn't work for me, still won't boot - was after an update.
