Hi Bluebell,
Unfortunately, we cannot help with this as we dont know and cant confirm that you are the owner of the machine. Its not that we dont trust you, but we have to err on the side of saftey in issues of this type.
I reccommend that you go back to where you bought it from and ask them to either remove the password, or supply you with another machine (or Hard Drive) to resolve this issue for you.
