My laptop can't start up(latitude/D510)

Hello,

i have got a problem with my laptop, when i power it on, it is just bringing the first LED light as if it wants to start,after few seconds,the LED goes off without it coming on,what could be the problem?

It's a hardware problem that's needs "hands on" access to diagnose. I suggest you have a local repair ship take a look at it.
