My laptop can't start up(latitude/D510)

Hello,
i have got a problem with my laptop, when i power it on, it is just bringing the first LED light as if it wants to start,after few seconds,the LED goes off without it coming on,what could be the problem?

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
