Hello,
I noticed today that my old backup files, some back to 2011, are missing. The oldest backup that I am showing is from 3/2014. I do not believe that I formatted the drive. I checked and I still have 2.5 TB of storage available. I am a photographer and all of my photos are gone from 2011 up to 3/2014. I really need to get these back and Toshiba will not help me. Can anyone help with this? I am freaking out.....

another ? for you, do I download it to my computer or to the external hard drive?
