Hi there,
Is this an internal or an external drive? Search for the drive in Disk Management, Device Manager and BIOS. If the drive is internal and you can't see it in BIOS, check SATA cables and ports. If it is an external drive, try it with another USB cable and on another PC and let us know if there is any change.
