Hello Sir, Madam,

I don't know what is the problem with my hard disk. I don't have a Virus on it.
However my external hard disk completely slow. I can even copy my data which I stored it & I can't even paste any other data. I have a lot of important stuff in my hard disk.
One of my IT friend suggest me to try with properties & Tools & Check now & click on both check ( automatically fix files system errors, scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors ) There is no use.
could you please give me any suggestion from your side.

Hi there,

I recommend you to use Data Lifeguard Diagnostic. This is the WD utility tool and you can download it directly from the link below. It is recommended to do both scans. I advise you to check the drive with another USB cable and on another PC. Make sure that you have installed the latest driver updates.

Sir/Madam,
I am sorry for bother you again!
There is no use with WD software I install & run through with Administration access. Its still slow ....
I need your help really. If you want me to send screen shots. Please let me know.
