Messages i have not sent

my ex has accessed my Facebook account using my WiFi and account details he has sent messages out to some on his friends list pretending to be me, he and them have now reported me he blocked me prior to doing this how can I resolve this please

Hi yes have done that have been trying to report my ex to facebook but am unable to find a way to do it as he blocked me prior to sending out the messages pretending it was me
