How do i transfer a minecraft ps3 map to miecraft ps4?

i tried the basic way (just pressing r1 over the map) but it didnt worked for me , im not the only one
is there a way I can use an usb
using the computer to convert the map so it can be opened onmy ps4

theres a problem , that function no longer works , I want to do it via usb but ps4 wont accept the ps3 map file so I need a file converter or format converter
