Hi Lawer,
From your description I think that the drive is visible only in Device Manager and it is missing in Disk Management and My Computer. If the drivers are not properly installed, uninstall the pen drive from Device Manager, restart the PC and plug the device back in. If Windows does not install the drivers, search them in the pen drive developer's web page and install them manual. If you have the option, connect the pen drive to another PC and see if it works.
