My ip 192.168.1.1 not working this web page not available

hello,my router ip 192.168.1.1 not open..it saw a "this web page not available"..
and not seen dialog box username and password...also if I connect my pc then connect by router but in mobile not connect by router..plz solve this problem and my broadband is GTPL...
