Hi. My acer laptop does only show the acer icon with rolling dots beneath it when i am starting it. but after that it only shows a black sreen. The light is on but there is no display in the screen. How can i fix it? Please help me. Acer E5-411-C2VL is the model of my laptop.

Also. It is not shutting down whenever I left it. It just goes to sleep and the screen is still on its lights on but the screen is black. Please. Help me.
