Do you know anyone who might know how to start up my essentially dead computer - toshiba satellite lap top C-56-A5300 - which I can only power up by pushing start and zero at the same time. But then I can't refresh or open up any thing since "the drive where where windows is installed is 'locked' even though I had long ago removed the password and I do not have a ms word account to use to open it.
Also I need to buy a new PC that will be able to handle having multiple word documents open at the same time while also having two streaming videos play at the same time. Any suggestions on a well priced option?

One thing I forgot to mention. I removed my password long before the problem. So it is asking for a password that does not exist.
