No signal error on my 26" tft monitor

The tft 26" does power on and the back lights are also on but does not bring the
"video no signal error"instead it remains on standby. we have change the power board with anew one but the problem is still there

Have you tried any other monitor? It might not be your monitor's problem. Open up your CPU, take out the RAM, clean it by wiping out any dust and place it back. It may fix your problem.
