Unable to connect to the video server

Whet i try to connect to a video chat website,,, i get this error: "Unable to connect to the video server".
this only happens with my windows xp laptop connected through: modem + wireless router (no probleam through direct modem ethernet connection), happens in chrome firefox and explorer.
(my other machines connect fine - windows 8 and windows 7 - wireless)
so... do i have to setup something in xp? to work fine with the wireless router?

Firstly, "Hello everyone" would have been a nice introduction.

It sounds like a firewall problem.

Have you tried turning the firewall off on your XP computer and trying to connect? what is the outcome?

thanks for the reply... already tried turn the firewall off, also antivirus disabled and even uninstalled.... with same result.
any other idea?
