Laptop crashed and won't start

Hello,
I was using my computer (Dell latitude d630), it suddenly crashed and now it won't start. When I try the power light flashes, but it doesn't turn on. It's not a problem with the power source, because that's working fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or what to try?

Hello AnneN,
Did you hear fan rotating inside the laptop?
Led lights up?
Try to connect external monitor and see whether it works..
