Three buttons not working from laptop

Hello, my 3 buttons not working .. i try to shutting laptop and i removed battery and accumulator and i pushed the shutting button for 60 sec but same problem ... what i can do ? now I write on the keyboard at start .. I want to say as i use 3 , 4 and E more for CS:GO and maybe they broked , I hope this not happened :< (this happening to me like a weeek ago) please anyone can help me :( ?? thanks.

can you try using an external USB keyboard?
