Hello, I have a Asus Notebook laptop and I had it plugged in to changer, well, I left the house and when I got back. It powered up and I went to Firefox, I went to type in website, the laptop shut down and won't come back on.
I have tried everything, leaving it on the charger for the night, leaving it alone for a day and it won't work.
I have tried to remove the battery, but it one of those weird ones. The back on the laptop is just screws on each corner and along the sides and there is no way to get to the battery without opening up the laptop.
Any help?

Hi Michiru,

Is the laptop under warranty? If it is, contact the reseller. If the warranty has expired, check the manual to get some notes on how to open the laptop. Disconnect the power cable and remove the battery. Hold the power button for 20 seconds. Connect the power cable and try to start.
There is a chance that your laptop is overheating. I recommend you to clean it, because some dust may be preventing the cooling from working properly.

Hope this helps
