Hi Teddy,
Can you enter in BIOS menu? If you can, search for your hard drive. Is it properly recognized? Have you tried starting in Safe Mode? If your hard drive is correctly recognized in BIOS, try resetting BIOS to its defaults. Do you have a Windows installation DVD? Can you boot from it?
